Shipping policy

1. Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2–7 business days after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Shipping time depends on order size and custom level.
Please note that we do not ship on weekends or holidays.
2. Shipping Rates & Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We may offer flat-rate or free shipping promotions from time to time.
3. Domestic Shipping (USA)
We currently ship to all U.S. states. Standard shipping typically takes 3–7 business days depending on location.
4. International Shipping

5. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update.
6. Delays & Issues
Shipping delays may occur due to postal service issues, weather, or high order volume. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers but will assist with locating your order if needed.
7. Damages or Lost Packages
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at dubzzdesign@gmail.com with your order number and a photo (if applicable). We’ll work with you to resolve the issue.
8. Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is correct. Dubzz Design is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or undeliverable address provided at checkout.
