2. Dimensions or size (if known): (Length, width, height, etc.)
3. Do you have any reference materials? (Photos, sketches, or broken parts)
4. Material preference: (Plastic, resin, metal, or “Lets Discuss”)
5. When do you need it by: (Urgent or flexible)
6. Special requirements or notes: (Color, durability, surface finish, etc.)
7. Your contact information: (Name and best email or phone number, and preferred way of contact)
