Refund policy

1. Returns

Returns are accepted only with prior staff approval. Please contact us before sending any items back.

2. How to Request a Return

Email dubzzdesign@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and reason for the return.

3. Conditions

• Items must be unused and in original condition
• Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility unless the item was defective or incorrect
• Digital products are non-refundable

4. Refunds

If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Processing may take 5–10 business days.

5. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. Please request a return and place a new order for a different item.
